Every machine below is ours and sits on the same floor in Mexico: 5- and 3-axis milling, turning, wire EDM, welding, metrology and assembly. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why the price does not carry anyone else's margin.
| Process | Equipment | Qty | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5-axis milling | Axile 5 ejes | 1 | Complex geometry in a single setup |
| 3-axis milling | Haas VF-3 / VF-6 | 6 | Plates, bases and repeat runs |
| 3-axis milling | Hision | 5 | Parallel capacity for volume |
| Turning | CNC lathe | 3 | Shafts, bushings and turned parts |
| Wire EDM | Wire cutting | — | Hardened stock, sharp internal corners |
| Welding | TIG · MIG · laser | — | Welded assemblies on fixtures |
| Metrology | CMM | — | First article and per-lot sampling |
| Assembly | Manual cells | — | Finished unit, packed and labelled |
The Axile centre runs simultaneous 5-axis strategies verified in simulation before we touch material. Fewer setups means less stacked error: the relationship between holes and surfaces holds because the part is never released.
Six Haas VF-3 to VF-6 and five Hision run in parallel, so a released program can be duplicated onto another machine the same day without re-validating the part. Three CNC lathes close out the turned parts of the same assembly.
When wire cutting and welding live outside, each one adds transit, queue and a seam of accountability. Here they sit in the same building as the machining and the metrology.
Cutting in already-hardened material with no cutting force and no distortion: sharp internal corners, narrow slots, punches and dies. It is the process that rescues a part when the design leaves no room for a cutter radius.
Three processes chosen per joint rather than by availability: TIG where finish rules, MIG where deposit rules, laser where distortion rules. All on fixtures machined in house.
Measurement happens between operations rather than at the end, so a deviation is corrected while the part is still on the machine. The final assembly ships labelled and packed as a single unit.
Q1 2027 In-house post-processing: anodizing, Alodine and electropolishing. Today it is covered by a qualified and audited supplier.
24-hour quoting and a reserved machine window for one-off parts, so a prototype does not wait behind a production run.
Programs and fixtures are kept by part number. The second order enters with no re-engineering and the same released inspection plan.
Carbon and alloy steels, stainless, hardened tool steel, aluminium, brass and engineering plastics, with heat certificates tied to the lot.
One purchase order covers machining, EDM, welding, inspection and assembly: one shipment, one invoice, one accountable contact.
